Client Agreement and Procedure
Program Guidelines:

We have positive expectations that our partnership will help you create the life you want to live. To partner together professionally, we want you to be familiar with the following guidelines.

Terms


We invite you to think of this partnership as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change takes several months. You may choose to undertake one of our base line strategy sessions to get you started on your own journey and use our one hour coaching sessions and learning opportunities as support, or you may choose to partner with us and undertake one of our programs. If you choose a program, they last for a minimum of 3 months. We have determined that quality results around learning, developing and growing in transitions take a minimum of 3 months.

Founder and head coach and mentor is Honni Cassel. In most cases you will commence your coaching and mentoring relationship with Honni. We believe that we all offer unique gifts, talents, knowledge and experience. With this in mind Honni will determine the coach or mentor or learning facilitator that best suits your specific requirements. We believe that people and life moves and changes constantly and therefore we enlist a process that is flexible and intuitive and will move and change as is needed. While the program is customised to form a solid base for you, we employ this flexible process to ensure the experience flows with your journey.

Fees:
Fees are payable through our website Secure Pay. Once you have ticked this agreement and payed, we will receive notice of your payment, and you will receive receipt of payment. We will then contact you about commencing the coaching, mentoring or program of your choice. Please refer to the process diagram on our website.

Payment is required up-front for each service. However, should you require a payment plan option, we encourage you to contact us to discuss.

Often we will identify what we call a ‘Heart Offer’ on our website. Heart Offers are simply our way of supporting those who need assistance and may not be financially able at that time. This offer is not means tested, we leave this up to you to decide if you would like to take advantage of this offer. No questions asked.

Sessions are as per customised program.
Session cancellations and/or rescheduling must be made within a minimum of 24 hours before any scheduled session by phoning 0406 289 120. If no notice or late notice is received the session will be lost and no refunds will be given.

It is the role of your coach and mentor to act as a guide during the Mentorship process. The results that will stem from each session will depend entirely on the responsibility you take for making the changes you are after.

Please note that our Strategy Session forms the base-line for our coaching and mentoring programs and is the starting point. Once completed your program or mentoring membership is then customised to meet your transitioning needs. A typical program will include regular review, one-on-one coaching sessions, learning opportunities, group engagement. Connection is key within our partnership and a personalised connection plan is developed around face-to-face, texting, phone calls, e-mails and skype. We provide clear information on how to contact your coach and mentor throughout your program.

In line with the program we can make specified times to call. If you wish to connect with your coach or mentor in between sessions with a challenge, a success or an inquiry, we will make every attempt to respond to your e-mail within 24 hours, with an email or short phone call at your discretion. We are happy to provide this extra level of service at no additional charge.


Changes:
If you need to reschedule our appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. If you have an emergency or illness, you can reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. If you do not show up for a scheduled call, for any reason, and provide no notice (latest notice can be five minutes past scheduled session start time), we will not make up that time. If we need to reschedule, we will give you at least 24 hours notice as well, barring an emergency or illness.

Issues
If we ever say or do anything that upsets you or doesn't feel right, please bring it to our attention so that we can resolve it as soon as possible. Our objective is to have a coaching and mentoring relationship that is fully open, honest, real and trusting in our communication styles. We should both realize that communication via telephone or email etc entails extra challenges since we can not see body language, facial expressions, etc. Therefore we give each other plenty of latitude, and promptly ask for clarification if there is a mis-connection.

Coaching and Mentoring Agreement

We agree to serve as your Coach or Mentor - to partner with you and allow you to see the hope inside yourself, helping you to develop your ‘you’ opening you up to the life you want. Providing you with foundational keys that will support you to transition.

As your coach or mentor, we cannot guarantee results. You will create powerful results by having the courage and determination to forward the action in your life, to keep seeking to find. Examples of some of the tools and strategies we may use throughout the program include:
• Sharing of knowledge and life experiences
• Provide guidance and advice
• Listen
• Provide opportunities to learn new thinking and strategies
• Inspiring
• Offering encouragement
• Providing genuine interest in your questions and concerns
• Provide an emotionally safe, open and honest environment
• Explore different careers
• Discuss goal setting
• Advise on professional development
• Identify resources
• Help to develop leadership skills
• Provide insight into corporate culture
• Advise on networking and networking opportunities
• Review resumes
• Provide interview tips
• Coach
• Support
• May introduce to contacts

During the time we spend together in our coaching or mentor sessions, we will devote our time, thoughts, and energy to you, exclusively, unless you are participating in a group learning opportunity whereby our time, thoughts and energy will be shared for the benefit of the whole group. In between our sessions, we may not be instantly available, as we may be attending to others. We will however, always attempt to be available within 24 hours.

We are coaches and mentors, not a psychotherapist or physician, and we are not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed therapist or physician, we insist that you must attend to your health by contacting the appropriate professional.

As your coach and mentor, we will bring attentive listening, understanding, belief in you and commitment to your success. You can expect us to challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning homework), acknowledge your wins, and guarantee utmost confidentiality (to the fullest extent of the law, and so long as we don't fear for your or another's safety) in the powerful, sacred relationship.

Client

I am motivated and committed to taking action on my determined personal and professional goals. I realize that anything less than my intentional full participation will not lead to my success.

I accept full responsibility for myself and any actions I take that might result from mentoring.
I am under the care of a physician and healthy enough to engage in mentoring.

I can financially afford the mentoring fee at this time. I agree to pay promptly either as a total Program up-front fee or I agree to discuss possible payment options.

I agree that ultimately, it is my responsibility that my mentor gets paid for the services I use.

I agree to honor my scheduled session times.

I have read and agree with the Coaching and Mentoring Guidelines and Agreement.

Period of this Agreement: through to the completion of the agreed program.
